1. The service
Paviga (paviga.in) is an online service that automatically edits short vertical videos (“reels”) that you upload: captions, cuts, zooms, title cards, B-roll, music and sound effects. Edited reels are delivered digitally to your account for download.
2. Your account
- You need a valid email address. You log in with a one-time code sent to that email.
- Keep access to your email safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be 18 or older, or use Paviga with a parent or guardian's consent.
3. Credits and payments
- Paviga uses credits. One reel costs 5 credits. A change request costs 1 credit; the first change for every reel is free.
- New accounts receive 5 free credits. Free credits have no cash value.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the Pricing page and may change for future purchases. Credits you already bought are not affected.
- Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described in our Refund Policy.
- Credits are added to your account after we confirm your payment, usually within a few hours and at most within 24 hours.
4. Your content
- You keep full ownership of the videos and scripts you upload and the reels made from them.
- You give us permission to store and process your content only to provide the service (including through our service providers listed in the Privacy Policy).
- You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including the people who appear and any music or images in your video.
5. Content you must not upload
Do not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, involves minors inappropriately, promotes violence or hate, harasses others, infringes someone else's copyright or privacy, or is meant to mislead or defraud. We may refuse, remove or stop processing such content and suspend the account, without refund of credits used.
6. Automatic editing
Editing is done by software, including AI. Results can contain mistakes, for example in caption spelling. Please check your reel before posting. You can ask for changes using a change request. You are responsible for what you publish.
7. Availability
We try to keep Paviga available and fast, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. Processing times are estimates.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Paviga is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or followers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Paviga and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Paviga means you accept the updated terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India.
